Called Cyn City about a fairly large job for an estimate, probably around $80,000 worth. At first, they "forgot" about our appointment(8/1/2024), finally showed up about an hour late. When they finally showed up, they walked and discussed the re-model. Didn't appreciate the two helpers smoking during the visit. Excuse yourself and have your smoke at your truck. I was promised an estimate, which as of 8/26/2024, I have not received. NOT EVEN A PHONE CALL/TEXT!!! I feel I was treated very unprofessionally.. I can not speak of ... read more
