Was looking for a solar panel company to supply and fit a 32 panel array with at least 15kwh battery backup. Sent 3 enquiries to this company but as nobody bothered coming back to me AT ALL have gone elsewhere. If they can't be bothered answering sales enquiries I doubt they'd be very good with support issues later!
Just a solar panel and battery storage system fitted. And have had fantastic service from Helen and the installation team Inc the electrician. Kept updated through out the process and any questions raised were answered promptly. Only had running for a day but already seeing my smart meter showing smaller amounts of energy used. Helen and the team were amazing. Communication was great and questions were answered instantly. I got numerous quotes and theirs was the best in both price and spec of equipment. From signing the contract the system was installed in 8 days. Alot quicker than I expected. The installation was done to a high standard and looks neat and tidy. For anyone looking for a solar power system; I would not hesitate to recommend Cymru Solar.
