I am a returning patient to Trevor, and found him to be as thorough as ever. Top to toe assessment, clearly explaining areas of concern and a detailed course of action needed. The clinic sent me a detailed stretch/mobility programme to do at home to prevent any further flare ups. Trevor doesn’t keep treatment on going if he doesn’t think it’s helpful. Instead he would prefer you to follow the detailed mobility programme. I would definitely recommend.
