After years of being told I have one leg longer than the other which was causing my back pain by the hospital and being given a wedge for my footwear was their answer, so i made my first appointment with Trevor,still unsure if he could help but I gave it a try. Trevor listened and we went through the process of pin pointing my problem,turns out it wasn't my legs but my hips and it wasn't a quick fix. Months later my back pain had gone and I still visit regularly to keep the progress I have made.

So far so good. Only 2nd visit but signs are looking good. Neck ache is reduced. But most importantly the head aches appear to have gone. Everything Trevor does to you, he explains beforehand, so there are no unexpected surprises. Home exercises are really helpful and the video clips explain what is required. Thanks

After 13 weeks of excruciating pain, several doctors appointments and xrays, Cymru Chiropractic was my last resort. During my first visit I was very anxious but was soon made to feel comfortable. I can honestly say after 3 visits I am pain free and my mobility has improved 100%. I would not hesitate in recommending Trevor Horan to anyone who suffers with sciatica, or in fact, any pain. Daniela is extremely professional and provides excellent therapeutic massages. I experience pain free days following my appointments and I now have improved mobility in my neck and shoulders. She always makes me feel at ease and I’m not a person who is usually comfortable having massages. I would highly recommend her.
