I did the Free Intro Class as I have multiple co-workers who attend this studio regularly AND I CAN TOTALLY SEE WHY! Beautiful space, incredibly knowledgeable instructor, amazing workout. I've done a couple spinning classes when I was in college but never understood the exertion thresholds I was supposed to be achieving. The instructor clearly explained how to understand the numbers on the screen and what to expect for each exertion zone. I moved away from Vancouver and Cyklus is one of the things I miss the most!! The spin classes offered at this studio will make you stronger, healthier and happier. Fantastic workouts and really great people.

Read this, take the free Saturday intro class, and decide for yourself - Cyklus is providing you the opportunity to train like the pros and you don't even need to know it. Clean, good music, and they have Spivi which creates a virtual race and power competition for those who care, including cloud sync and Strava upload which is awesome, and in my opinion its a big differentiator.
