I gave the 1 star because I couldn't give them none. My company did some prototype work for Cygnus Inc.. I showed them what we could do and spent a few hours making samples at no charge, they said that would be perfect. They gave me the go ahead to make the parts, so I made the parts, supplied some material and formed some additional parts. They picked up the parts along with the bill.
