The first psychologist I saw wasn't the right fit for me & when I rang the receptionist to tell her, she made me feel normal & ok about requesting to see another psychologist. She asked me all the right questions to find me a more suitable psychologist & I didn't have to wait too long. I have had 9 sessions with my psychologist (Lisa Dawson) who has helped me so much. I would highly recommend this clinic!

The fabulous receptionists at Midland Cygnet managed to get me off the waitlist and in to see my suggested exceptional clinical psychologist almost immediately and I am Currently being treated with already excellent results as far as I can tell since I am feeling much better in quite a short span of time.
