I recently came in with my son for back-to-back VO2 max tests, and we had an absolutely stellar experience. I’ve run into issues with metabolic testing at other clinics in the past, but Bobby's expertise and skill made the whole process incredibly smooth. If you're looking for precise fitness data from a highly knowledgeable team, I can't recommend Bobby and Integrative Performance enough!

As a PT this is by far the best 1:1 personal training facility in the area. All the trainers are incredibly knowledgable and will work with PTs to help get the clients back to their goals if needed. I cannot recommend this facility enough!! Truly a holistic approach to health and wellness!
Excellent gym to work out at. All brand new equipment, incredibly knowledgeable trainers, and sometimes they have social events too, which is kind of cool for a gym. I’ve been a client of Bobby’s for probably about two years and struggle with some health problems that can make it difficult to exercise consistently, and he’s been incredibly understanding of this, unlike my previous experience with a personal trainer at a different gym. Highly recommend this place if you’re searching for a trainer.
