I’ve been training at Integrative Performance for about two months, and what stands out most is the culture. Great training can make you stronger, but the right environment makes you want to keep showing up. Bobby has built exactly that. I recently came in with my son for back-to-back VO2 max tests, and we had an absolutely stellar experience. I’ve run into issues with metabolic testing at other clinics in the past, but Bobby's expertise and skill made the whole process incredibly smooth. If you're looking for precise fitness data from a highly knowledgeable team, I can't recommend Bobby and Integrative Performance enough!

As a PT this is by far the best 1:1 personal training facility in the area. All the trainers are incredibly knowledgable and will work with PTs to help get the clients back to their goals if needed. I cannot recommend this facility enough!! Truly a holistic approach to health and wellness!
