As a PT this is by far the best 1:1 personal training facility in the area. All the trainers are incredibly knowledgable and will work with PTs to help get the clients back to their goals if needed. I cannot recommend this facility enough!! Truly a holistic approach to health and wellness!
Excellent gym to work out at. All brand new equipment, incredibly knowledgeable trainers, and sometimes they have social events too, which is kind of cool for a gym. I’ve been a client of Bobby’s for probably about two years and struggle with some health problems that can make it difficult to exercise consistently, and he’s been incredibly understanding of this, unlike my previous experience with a personal trainer at a different gym. Highly recommend this place if you’re searching for a trainer.
Can’t recommend highly enough. I’m getting better results, bang for buck, and education on my body here than anyone else I’ve worked with. It starts with the owner, who took so much time on the front end getting to know me, my goals and my needs, so he could design a plan and find the best fit for a trainer.
