Had been sent to take blood work and said it would take maximum 2 days to get the results but took 3 weeks I called many times to see if they could give me my results but never gave me a response. I already had the results since I had the quest app but couldn’t receive an explanation on the results and said that they hadn’t received them.. I even faxed in the results but the doctor got back to me in almost a month. The staff doesn't send orders for outpatient procedures in time. The doctor never has your medical records when he comes in the room for your visit. I have never experienced a situation like this when it comes to my health and well being.

I called once before in the evening and I had someone answer the phone very rudely and put me on hold over 20 minutes, I hung up because I couldn't wait that long. Then I called Today in the morning and they were much more polite. I'm not sure who I had the pleasure of talking to but she was very informative, respectful and kind. Which I loved! She had wonderful customer service. I'm a new patient and have an appointment tomorrow. I'll see how it goes overall and adjust my feedback.
