The battery doesn't work properly, they never fix the problem! It's impossible to talk to them, only by email, and they don't look for a solution. I don't recommend it!
This is the worst ebike brand ever! Do not buy! Within a month of purchase, my husband had faulty brakes, and faulty batteries! Customer service is only by email and they reply after 24h. So what you get is a back and forth of emails for weeks! Issues still not resolved. They let you do and test everything yourself, there is zero service. We wish we had never purchased…
