The bicycle quality is very poor. I provided a video showing the problem, but the support team was not helpful at all. Instead of actually helping solve the issue, they only sent me YouTube videos that require special tools and expect me to repair the bike myself. This is unacceptable customer support for a new bicycle.
Very bad experience with Cycrown. I bought a CycVerve brand new, and in less than a month it already won’t turn on. The battery is new, the bike was barely used, and it’s already broken — completely unacceptable for a product at this price. The worst part is the customer service. It’s almost impossible to get real help. Responses are slow and useless, and no actual solution has been provided. It feels like they are avoiding responsibility. The battery doesn't work properly, they never fix the problem! It's impossible to talk to them, only by email, and they don't look for a solution. I don't recommend it!
