My first session I was rear ended on my way to the session, and the driver drove off with no communication whatsoever with damages to my vehicle! Not the best way to start my class package! However, the classes are offered throughout the day and the instructors provide a competitive environment that is both technical and motivating. They utilize real-time simulation technology as well which is a contrast to other gym spin classes I've attended.

I booked this class through ClassPass and thought it would be great since I only live 5 minutes away. Showed up for my class on time and they were closed!! I called a couple times and nobody ever picked up! I left a voicemail....two days later still no call back! SCAM!!
I never thought I would get back into spinning after being out of it for 9 + years. Thanks to the wonderful atmosphere and caring, friendly people at Cycology I’m back and feeling great! I was afraid of taking that first step, but after making the call to Cycology and speaking with Jen, she eased my fears and turned them into motivation. All of the class instructors, Claire, Kristen and Steve were willing to help me when I needed it. Thank you Cycology for helping me get back on track.
