I am absolutely in love/addicted to this gym! Linda is a beast and such a wonderful human. Very motivating and makes every class fun. I LOVE CYCOLOGY FITNESS!!!
I am new to the area and contacted this studio regarding classes. I was given a free class to try. I will tell you I am a travelling nurse and gave taken spin everywhere under the sun at all different kinds of boutiques. This studio is personal, small, and while there isn't a ton of choreo as some places have, I burned about 100 more calories (per my Fitbit) than usual. The owner/manager is an angel and brings an amazing energy. The class was friendly and welcoming. A great class, I cannot wait to come back.
Terrible! Would not reccommend.
Linda is so kind! She has excellent classes and the members are great too!
