Extremely good shop. Got my first bike in Richmond at Cyclus and have been coming here ever since.
I brought my bike in after wrapping a derailleur and bending the ever living crap out of my dropouts. it was fixed and back in my possession by the end of the day. ever since i’ve pretty much exclusively gone to cyclus whenever i need new parts or work done to my bike. 10/10 reccomend
Great shop. I have moved around a bit and used several shops over the years and Cyclus Bike Shop ranks with the best. He gave me a clear, cocise, expert opinion of what i needed and then left the decision of what to do up to me. All work was done next day and reasonably priced! I also shared my plans to ride across cou try and back and he shared many extremely insightful tidbits of advice and recommendations. Cycles will be my goto shop.
Bought one of the new Fairdale bicycles today, the price was great and it rides like a dream. Robbie was extremely knowledgeable and helpful especially since I am new to cycling. I will definitely be returning and recommending to others! Thanks guys!
Brett is super knowledgeable and honest. I brought my bike in sometime ago to have some work done on it. I had asked for him to do a few other things but he said it didn't need it and that saved me a $40 of work I didn't need. :) Brought in another bike to have assembled and he had it done in no time and gave me a great deal on a new mirror. If you need work done on your bike this is the place to bring it!
Great, quick service at a fair price. Check the walls of the place...not selling lots of stuff...they are selling service.
