This man truly deserves 10 stars. He’s very friendly very punctual and does the job right. If he can’t figure it out then he will research it even more and figure it out. He always comes through. His expertise and professionalism is top-notch. I highly recommend This company for any Segway repairs or service.
After a few test rides at other stores, and a lot of research, I drove out to Cyclone Electric Bikes to try out a bike I couldn't find anywhere else. Chris was super friendly and suggested some other bikes I could try along with what I came for. After riding half the bikes in his showroom, I settled on a different one, the Velotric Fold 1 Plus because of it's comfort, features, and portability. I can’t say enough great things about Chris at Cyclone. I got into a situation with a bike that he didn’t sell me and basically had a lemon that the manufacturer or their dealer network had no clue how to handle. Called Chris out of the blue and he was the first one after over a month of frustrating phone calls and a bricked bike that just made it happen. Chris has been stellar with us! We bought an Aima Big Sur electric bike for my wife just before a 3 week bike trip in the Northwest. My wife loved the bike but wanted to work a little harder to provide a more authentic “bike ride” experience. Outstanding, extremely knowledgeable with honest service. Chris took the time necessary to answer my questions resolve issues with the original bike distributorship and to quickly get me back up and riding again. I was extremely satisfied and plan to return to Cyclone Electric Bikes in the future.
