This is probably the best experience I’ve had purchasing any product, ever. Above and beyond doesn’t really cover the lengths that Chris went to in getting me a bike. Chris is a no BS guy and a pleasure to deal with. Unlike many bike shops he actually has things in stock. You can also tell he really enjoys what he does and has a vast amount of mechanical and bike experience. Highly recommended, if you’re looking for an electric bike skip the other shops and take the drive to go see him.
This man truly deserves 10 stars. He’s very friendly very punctual and does the job right. If he can’t figure it out then he will research it even more and figure it out. He always comes through. His expertise and professionalism is top-notch. I highly recommend This company for any Segway repairs or service.
After a few test rides at other stores, and a lot of research, I drove out to Cyclone Electric Bikes to try out a bike I couldn't find anywhere else. Chris was super friendly and suggested some other bikes I could try along with what I came for. After riding half the bikes in his showroom, I settled on a different one, the Velotric Fold 1 Plus because of it's comfort, features, and portability. I can’t say enough great things about Chris at Cyclone. I got into a situation with a bike that he didn’t sell me and basically had a lemon that the manufacturer or their dealer network had no clue how to handle. Called Chris out of the blue and he was the first one after over a month of frustrating phone calls and a bricked bike that just made it happen.
