We recently bought a couple of bikes from Carson at CycleX and had an incredible experience. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Carson provided updates about our delivery schedule and even congratulated us on our wedding anniversary. The pick up process was simple and easy with a good handoff process including details about registering our bikes and the accessories that came with it.
