I called ahead one day to get fitted for a saddle, drove over an hour the next day. I truly felt like i was the only customer that was being helped that day. We went through 3 saddles, found the perfect fit,and learned a lot about cycling. After a long bit of help, I asked if I could get a rim trued, change the cassette, and chain. They were happy to do the work same day. I got it within a couple hours, working better than ever, essentially fine tuned.
