The shop is really good. The arrangement and overall setup are quite nice and the environment feels welcoming. However, the staff experience was disappointing. They were not very welcoming, and their attitude came across as somewhat annoying. This is not the first time I have heard such feedback, as some of my friends have mentioned similar experiences before. Unfortunately, I have now experienced it myself.
Friendly and helpful service, even offered suggestions to talk with a competitor when they knew they couldn’t help with one of my queries. Great range of stock for motorcycle clothing.
Purchased a helmet and gloves instore at Takapuna. Very helpful approachable and knowledgeable staff. I also purchased online a 20ltr Acerbis petrol tank for my DR650 with ease, which arrived after 8 weekdays from date of purchase as outlined in their delivery policy. I would shop here again.
Big thanks to the guys at Cycletreads. Dropped in Saturday morning to have my rear tire fitted, Was done before mid day. bike rides great!
Great costumer support and help as they not only stayed after closing time to help me find a good well fitted helmet and gloves for where I live, but also spent close to 30 minutes on solely me alone so would one hundred percent recommend shopping here
