Absolutely terrible customer service. After having my bike for nearly 3 weeks for a 3-5 business day repair (even with 2 days shipping for other repairs each direction it would be 7-9 business days), I received a voicemail that my bike was ready to be picked up on Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend. I was headed out of town, so I ignored it, planning on picking up the bike the following week.
