I'm a big fan of this studio for both myself and referring others. The diversity of workouts allows people to choose what appeals to them most, but they also get a great variety of strength training, cardio and, most importantly (in my opinion) balance. It's something you truly cannot get anywhere else. Highly recommend to anyone that they check this place out.
This was the most fun I have had working out in a long time! Definitely worth trying!!
I love working out here! The surfboards are a full body workout and the bikes are a smooth ride! Can't wait for my next class!!
