I really enjoy going into Cyclespot, it feels like an experience, rather than just a motorcycle shop. Very poor customer services -sky high prices -delays -online booking portal failing The sales team is fine but the service dpt would need some majors work to be in line with overseas Yamaha’s standards.
Came in to buy some gear and was very warmly welcomed by Russell. He explained everything very clearly. I'm definitely coming back in the future.
