Had a super disappointing experience. Ordered a jacket and pants as they did not have my size , when the stock arrived they tried to charge me more than the shelf stock !!! “we can’t honour the price on the displayed product as the ordered stock was new !!!” So I walked out and ordered online from a family owned business Moto1. Free delivery and they matched the prices I originally saw on the products in Cyclespot !!! Loss of $600 sale to Cyclespot. So guess where I’ll be spending my money next time.
Staff were helpful and there was plenty to look at at. Unfortunately for me the Diavel X wasn't there till next month. I had to order a replacement part for my current Ducati and the staff was professional and I'll get my part in a couple of weeks. Well worth the ride from Hamilton ., beautiful day and traffic wAs not an issue for us bikers.

Needed a couple of small parts for my Yamaha. Phoned Cyclespot spoke with Purna. One part out of stock needed to come Ex Japan, Purna ordered for me. Popped in picked up parts, dealt with Purna again he really is an asset to this business. Probably smallest sale of the day, treated exceptionally well. Thank you. First time at Cyclespot won't be my last.
