Amazing people and excellent-quality products
Incredible customer service and support. American made quality products for people who only want quality installed on their Harleys. I run a small independent shop in Arizona and have a customer who has only used Cyclesmiths floorboards for years. I’ve also installed many sets of Cyclesmiths handlebars and they look amazing. Very please with their products and customer support when it’s needed. I’ll continue to recommend their products even though they are no longer with Drag.
I wanted to share my review on this business. I ordered 14" apes in July. The product was shipped in a timely manner. Once I received it, I took it to my bike mechanic to install on the bike. Due to me having to send other parts off to powder coat, it took about a month before the mechanic cracked open cyclesmiths box to uncover the handlebars.
