I've been into the shop now on several occasions. Cris, the owner and manager, is always incredibly helpful, gives great advice, and its not constantly trying to sell parts and accessories I don't need. Whether you need service or gear, these guys are great. Very helpful, no attitude, and great prices!

Had my bike serviced here due to some squeaks coming from the headset and bottom bracket. It was 45$ for them to take apart and clean the BB, headset, and rear suspension pivots. That price is about what I have seen other places. After the tune up the bike runs great and I look forward to going back.

I have always taken my 09 Norco Atomik to a shop near Redwood and 9000 S. (for about 5 years) but I decided to give these guys a shot because they were only a 1/4th of a mile away (or less) from me. They were awesome. They told me what some problems were and what could be causing the bike to behave the way it was. they could have nickel and dime me here and there to take this part off and that part off and fix them, but they gave me a better option that saved me money and did everything I wanted plus more :) I didn't plan on... read more

Look...the guys are awesome but they are leeching money from me. I'm a biking commuter and all I do is ride ten or so minutes on campus and then home. I needed new tires so I bought their best road bike tires called gator skin. It's been two weeks and I've gotten 4 flats when every single time they'd install it. Sick of wasting my money here.

Upon my first visit to this store I was impressed with the person who welcomed me in, was patient, friendly, well informed, and answered all of my questions. He even took a moment to measure my chain for chain-stretch. When I next returned to the store, to pick up some miscellaneous maintenance items, I also inquired about getting a tune-up on my bike - which is an electric bicycle.
