Im not sure how the reviews are over 3 stars. There is not enough time to say what issues this so called company has cost me. I sent my engine to this place to have the lower case replaced. Engine had 8500 miles on it. Had no issues being in contact with "Charlie", but as soon as I was looking for updates of info on returning my engine, all of a sudden he was the hardest person to contact.
