We were on a road trip and had a questionable warning light come on. We went to Coleman and they got us right in for a diagnostic . They cleared the codes, topped off the fluids, and sent us on our way. NO CHARGE!
I took my Xdiavel for services, and they inspected my backrest to perform the recall. Unfortunately, after the recall, I lost my backrest. It fell down during the ride, and I lost it because of the very professional service they’ve provided to me. I am very disappointed about this.
I wish I had a good experience as some of these other reviews but was not the case. Perhaps it was a bad salesperson (that will rename nameless); however it's worth sharing to the community to make sure others don't have this poor experience and check ahead not to waste their time visiting. Phillip was awesome! Made the process easy and had everything ready upon my arrival. He even stayed late as I was stuck in 95 traffic on my way up from Richmond to pick it up. You can tell immediately that he loves what he does. Thanks, brother!
