Came in to get a new brake cable and then had to come back when I realised I didn't have the right sized spanner at home -- the staff were super lovely and helpful, I really appreciate the extra mile they went to help me.
Paul and Jackson were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, kind and generous in getting my bike back on the road after a part was stolen. I will absolutely be back for anything bike related and to get my bike serviced here. I would highly recommend Trek Brunswick East to everyone
