I want to thank the Trek Bicycle Team at Brunswick East including Justin for your great customer service and assistance. I was occupied with work that I did not get time to assemble my child's Bike. I searched for a Bike repair shops, Trek Bicycle Brunswick East popped up. At the store, I was advised that they are booked out for about 1.5 weeks however, the staff member made an exception to help assemble my kid's bike on the spot. The staff at TREK are phenomenal! These guys went above and beyond to service my bike and I think they love it more than me. 10/10 wont take my bike anywhere else!
