I have never felt compelled to write a review on fb ever. But these guys are great! They never try to up sell me, have fixed many minor things on my old bikes and treat me like I'm buying an expensive bike. A couple of recent purchases were the same price as the internet, plus great advice. Sometime they may be with other customers, big deal...there is a lot of cool gear to look at while I wait. ....
My husband, son and I stopped in the other day and were looking at bikes and accessories. We wandered around for about 10 minutes looking about for someone to help us. Even though there were people behind the counter and in the other room, NO ONE even said "can I help you with something?" or "We'll be with you in a minute" We felt ignored and uncomfortable and finally walked out. Went to another bike shop and bought a bike for our son
Christian was super knowledgable and friendly, he didn't make me feel pressured to buy anything I wasn't ready for. I will definitely be coming back here for my biking needs.

The level of service and knowledge was unbeatable.
I stopped by to take a look and found a hidden gem down the street from where I live. Customer service 5. Knowledge 5. Many different bikes. I didn't buy a bike yesterday but I will. Don't be intimidated to go. They have bikes for everyone and they know what they are talking about.
The showroom was spotless and the employees were great. Excellent service, got some bar tape.
The best customer service is at this place. I had a horrible fit from another shop, and the guys who work here made me feel at home. Despite my sob story of my falling off the bike and endless issues, they got me set up perfectly thus far. Excited to have found a place that is personable and friendly. Highly recommended!
