I rarely ever post a review. However this got me irritated. based on alot of the reviews on here about this place. I encountered the same problem regarding to pricing. I called in to inquire about a bike (specialized black friday sale) that they had on their website, the bike was on sale for $1999, i called in to confirm, if they had it in stock. before I made an hour drive to go pick it up. Service is quick and they delivered as promised. Thing I didn't like i was given a different estimate when i was giving my biking for repair and when came to pick up it was higher. Owner was very rude. They never give you work order and keep the portion where the estimate is written and gives you only the receipt portion to bring when coming to pick up the bikes.
Bought my bike here for a tuneup. They did a wonderful job
