Absolutely the best bike shop in the Couer D Alene Idaho area. As a newbie to the sport of triathlon things can get not only a little confusing but downright intimidating. Jim made me feel like I belonged from the second he started helping me. Jim, the owner/mechanic, shows up to almost every local triathlon/cyclocross event to show support for his customers. For loyal customers her will sometimes stay at his shop late working so that his customers will be able to race. He always wants to do everything in his power to place the customer needs first. That's why I will always be a returning customer!
