Recently I have placed my order on 3 Aug 2025 but till now 7 Aug 2025 my order haven't shipped yet. The expected shipping is 13 Aug 2025 but now already 7 Aug 2025 cyclemax haven't shipped my order. And I have emailed them but they didn't reply my email. So is this website a scam?
It's not often you find a motorcycle parts place with this level of customer service and care. I was looking for a replacement part from a company that has gone out of business and were next to impossible to find. I came upon Cyclemax, during a Google search. Their website said they had two, so I decided to call. Mike took the time to search his inventory and found what I was looking for. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. I have bought from them before and definitely buy from them again. Top notch all the way!
I recently purchased some parts for my bike from Cyclemax, and I’m very satisfied with the experience. Stock parts ship very quickly. Dropship items may take longer, but they’re definitely worth the wait as the price is competitive. Especially if you are not in a rush and can wait for periodical sale. I had a minor issue with a non-stock part order and had to wait a bit longer than expected. But the Cyclemax team showed great customer service and I'm very glad with my purchase This is now my go-to place for Goldwing parts!
