Cycle Life EDH has changed my feelings about group exercise classes. Love the music and the instructor encouragement through each ride!!!! Fun and a great workout with great people!
I love coming here! Great people and I love how after 3 years the classes are still so challenging! Love all the instructors! The energy the instructors give help push me even on the days I don’t want to work out! Love this community! You are all awesome!!
Love the instructors, they all have great energy and put so much thought into their classes. I love that they have different styles of classes outside cycling to keep you wanting to come back. I love their strength training!
