I’m super excited I found such a gem. Instructors are wonderful, they build amazing music, great challenges to get a great workout and it so much fun that I’m a little sad when it’s over, went by too fast. From the start Kristy provided amazing customer service and it’s always a joy to take her class, I know she’ll kick my butt.

CycleLife is absolutely incredible!! As a new first-time mom, I was looking for a place to work out with an option for childcare and I’ve been so incredibly grateful to have found this studio!! The instructors and childcare staff go above and beyond and have made me (and my daughter) feel so welcomed! Plus, the workouts are fantastic!! I love how they incorporate weights and different class formats, like spin, core, and kettlebells. The studio is super clean and the class times are great. Can’t recommend CycleLife enough!!

Cycle Life is an amazing spin studio! The coaches are upbeat, motivating, and truly know how to push you while still making every class fun. The energy in the room is always great, and I leave every ride feeling stronger. One of the best parts is that they even offer childcare for a small fee — a total game changer for busy parents. Highly recommend!
