CycleLife has completely transformed the way I feel about fitness. Every instructor brings their own unique energy and style, making each class feel fresh and motivating. The 45-minute sessions fly by with high-energy music and heart-pumping cardio that makes burning calories feel almost effortless. What really sets CycleLife apart, though, is the sense of community — it’s welcoming, supportive, and inclusive, whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned rider. I always leave feeling stronger, both physically and mentally.
I took one beginners class and fell in love. I really love that not only is it cycling, but they offer other classes like body sculpt, I took a butt and guts class and cycle/core with some butt workouts. The instructors really help you get through the classes. I appreciate them encouraging me to keep pushing but to what my body can handle. A big plus is childcare, which allows me to get a great workout and bring my son with me. All the staff from the instructors to the front office are super sweet and so nice. Cycle here, you’ll love it!!! Best spot in town. Moving back to Sac I was nervous that I wouldn’t be able to find a new cycle spot and I was thrilled to find this studio. Cycle Life makes you feel so welcome, it isn’t cliquey, the music is on POINT and the instructors are all so much fun. I’m beyond glad to call this my home studio and can’t wait for all the milestones to come 🩷🩷🩷
