Moving to Newport, I wasn't sure if I would find somewhere like Cyclegrind with it being such a small community. I am so thankful to have found Beth and her wonderful studio! I go 4ish times a week and have noticed huge fitness improvement
Best treasure on the coast! I have trained in amazing studios all over the country and this location ranks with some of the best. Cyclegrind is beautiful without austerity, the owner Beth is personable yet professional, workouts are fun and challenging. Beth has created an environment of inclusion with meticulous attention to detail. To top it all, prices are affordable. Sooo worth getting up extra early for this gem.
