I took my first Cycle Gang class in October of 2019 and I have been hooked ever since. When buying a home... I didn't check commute from work... I checked it from CG. I've always been a fit but always midsize girlie and the gym intimidated me but CG is different. This is a community. A movement. A way of life. I have been REALLY enjoying my experience at this gym!!! I am on week 2 and I can already feel the improvement!! I had a cycling class today night with Cortez Mack that was FIRE!!! All the instructors are amazing and everyone really supports each other!! Check them out!!!
