Today was my first workout with Cycle Gang! Cortez kick my azz in the best of ways! Not only was it a great workout, but the energy in the studio was top tier. The entire studio was clean, bikes were in great shape and easy to adjust, easy and free parking right in front of the studio. I will def make my way back to Cortez’s classes. It was fun way to start my Saturday morning!
I have just recently started and so far so good. They instructors are very welcoming. I have seen results in a short amount of time. I enjoy it. I feel good and can see the difference. You do have to stay committed and consistent. I have more energy now since I started working out with cycle gang. The cycling is intense but I like it. I enjoy transformation workouts with Tobias and buns and Abz with Snickki. There are others but those two are my faves. Khalil does great with the R&B cycling as well.
