Very well stocked! Better than most dealers these days.
I needed a very last minute sprocket and chain replacement just two days before a 1000 mile trip. No online suppliers were able to get to parts to my door quick enough. I called Cyclebitz, inquired about the parts over the phone and sent more details over email and was very quickly given prices and availability. Everything was priced incredibly well, arrived very quickly, and was exactly what I needed.
While visiting Asheville for a month, I had a tire that was starting to self-destruct. I was able to source a tire but needed someone local to install it. Patrick really came through for me and saved my motorcycle vacation, going out of his way to get me back on the road quickly at a very reasonable price. His shop is full of actual gear you can try on (can’t do that online!) Seriously, shoutout to Patrick—he’s good people.
