I took my first class this morning with Tony and loved it. Very motivating, positive and challenging. Perfect way to start the day!
Wonderful atmosphere and great playlists to cycle to. All the instructors Paige, Jasmine, Tony, Bethany, Sofi, Langley, Ella, Desiree, and newcomer Joyce are friendly and very helpful. My favorite classes I usually take are Strength with Jasmine, Tony and Paige and Classic rides with Bethany, Sofi, Langley and newcomer Joyce. Thank you all for your endless support, you make working out so much better!
Update ✨CycleBar Saved My Health✨ I’ve been showing up consistently averaging 2x a week with my busy schedule , aiming for 4 rides a week and it’s paying off 🙌🏽 For years I struggled with being pre-diabetic and having high cholesterol. Any opportunity you have to take one of Paiges classes is time well spent. They are awesome! Everyone of any age and gender should take any of her classes and especially her strength class if you are serious about increasing your fitness level.
