Obsessed! Instructors are motivating. The other members are friendly. My favorite instructors are Cat, Meg, Molly and John.
I’m so proud to call Lucy not only an incredible cycle instructor but also a friend. Her classes are the perfect balance of challenging and uplifting—she knows how to push you while still making it fun. You can feel her passion in every ride, and she always brings amazing energy and positivity to the room. Whether you’re new to cycling or a regular, Lucy makes everyone feel welcome and supported. Highly recommend giving her class a try—you’ll leave feeling stronger, inspired, and smiling!!!!!!!
As a person who loves to lift weights this was a nice change up. Definitely a great cardio workout. Absolutely recommend checking it out and taking one of Lucy’s classes. Get outside your comfort zone and get some cardio in!
Blown away by my experience here! If you’re on the fence about giving this place a try- take this as your sign and sign up! The entire staff was incredibly kind and patient walking me through my first class. Lucy brought ALL of the energy and the best playlist. Abby at the front desk was incredibly helpful in getting me signed up to come back! Absolutely loved it and can’t wait to make this part of my routine!
