Once you sign up they'll never return a call because they've already “locked” you in. There's some wonderful teachers but no one here answers or returns phone calls. I called 6x since February… had left a voicemail & I went in person to talk to someone about pausing or canceling my membership but a short blonde trainer told me to just email my cancellation and dismissed me when I told her why I was there.
