Hi today I had a Strength ride with Caitlin at 6 am this morning. The energy she gave to the class was magnetic and motivating. The music theme was Chris Brown which gave a fun playlist with some great choreo and lots of empowering chants. Caitlin gave encouraging words throughout the class with a ride that set me up to feel like I could accomplish goals and do great things! Thank you Caitlin! See you next time .
CycleBar Hilltop is the best way to start the day! The great positive energy from all of the instructors makes the work out fun!

Zac is such a great instructor, I got a great workout and he was very encouraging throughout the class. He gives modifications so the class is great for all levels of experience.
