I absolutely love this place ! From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and comfortable. The staff is incredibly nice and the atmosphere is amazing. I’ve tried other places but none compare to this one. The members are so friendly . The instructor Sarah is the best ! She’s supportive and always motivates you.

This is one of those places that you really want to love because the instructors are good, but management is horrible! They make it hard to cancel but it’s all good as long as you go along with just being their meal ticket. No regard for left messages, as they’ll be ignored. I even tried reaching out on Instagram. I’m gonna go with the cliché: “I’d give zero stars if I could for $500” Alex… Oy!

A great cycle place! I started cycling at a different, further location and was worried about not liking the “vibe” at other cycling locations but CycleBar Katy did not disappoint! I took Jon’s class and the vibes were great. Jon does an amazing job of motivating and pushing everyone in class. Great mix of music selection that helped me stay motivated the entire time. It was a great mix of cycling and arm choreo, which is my favorite. The studio is clean and easy to navigate. Will definitely be coming back again!

I’ve already moved to a new place and have been trying to cancel my membership for over a month. I followed their instructions and sent an email, but today, despite all that, I’m charged again. Their phone line doesn’t answer, and I can’t find an effective way to resolve this. Very frustrated with the service—cancelling should not be this complicated.

My wife was trying to cancel the subscription, and they gave her a lot of excuses to not cancel it, she even blocked her card and ordered a new one so they wouldn’t keep charging her due to the cancellation. Somehow they keep charging, also she never received her price for winning 2nd place a 100$ gift card from Lulu melon . So be aware if you’re trying to go to this place . They will take your money even if you don’t go anymore .
