Absolutely love this place!! It’s the best and most addicting form of cardio! All the instructors are super nice, encouraging and very helpful for new comers! 20/10 would recommend ☺️
I've been going to this studio for about a month, and I really enjoy the classes, and the instructors! its lots of fun while also burning calories! I will continue to show up and get better at indoor cycling.
Only my second cycling class ever, and everyone who works here is so sweet and helpful. I took the connect class with Amanda, she is amazing!!! I love the energy she brings to the class as well as her ability to bring the energy out of everyone in the class. She has really good genuine vibes, I would definitely take her class again. I loved her music too, you know it’s good when you’re wondering what some of the songs you heard were. I feel amazing after her connect class!
