Very impressed with the level of customer service here… Shannon took me under her wing from my first call to the studio with tons of questions, holding a light for me while clipping into the bike, to ensuring I had the best deals in hand for my next classes before leaving with a fist bump. Fantastic music, articulate instructions, and fun moves. I’ll be back ;)
One of the best spin studios around. The energy, the vibes, the instructors and staff. All are incredibly nice and helpful. Plus they actually make spin class fun!

*UPDATE after 1.5 years as a member: everything below remains true! + Additional shout-out to morning instructors Liv and all who sub in (Ali :) for the 7am classes. I travel 45 minutes every MWF from the South Shore (through early rush hour), and it's 100% worth my commute. Being able to shower after class, with towels and full amenities provided, is a huge convenience for my 45 minute commute afterwards to work in MetroWest. Theme rides are great.
