I’m absolutely obsessed with Cycle Bar. Before coming here I never did any cycling classes so I didn’t really know what to expect. After my first class I knew I’d love coming back. The atmosphere in the studio is really like no other. If you’re hesitant about coming, just do it you won’t regret it!
Really fun classes, like that they’re only 45 min, it’s cool that there’s a leaderboard so you can compete with yourself!
Had Liv as an instructor and was impressed with her ability to energize the class and make everyone feel welcome. I am an “older” cycle bar rider and I appreciated her supportive words to the whole class that she wanted us to challenge ourselves but in our own ways and needing to modify a movement or not “stand up” on the bike every time everyone else does, that’s ok, no judgement. If you’re looking for a welcoming instructor that will meet you where you are at in your fitness journey. Liv is the one.
Loved all the instructors and energy at this studio.
