I've taken Cycle Bar classes in LA before and I have to say I particularly love this branch way more. Love the instructors and class styles here more. I appreciate that the stats screens are flashed on occasionally for a little bit of "competing" but they're not on all the time (sometimes not at all for a Connect ride) and are not the main emphasis. Way more emphasis on enjoying using the beat of the music to get a killer and fun workout. They've got me hooked :)
This is my first exercise experience (besides walking) following my hip surgery last year and I was nervous to begin due to lingering pain. Everyone was so welcoming and the classes are so fun! Emma on Sunday mornings makes my entire week even though I hate mornings and it’s 9:30am. Her energy is contagious. Grace on Thursday makes sure I leave as tired as possible. I cannot profess enough how fulfilling the experience at CycleBar Assembly Row is. Highly recommend it for anyone and everyone because not only will you get a substantial workout that is low impact, you will feel an even more special high impact effect. From the frontline staff to the instructors, they are continually on point and in tune with supplying a genuine feel that is geared toward providing a top notch environment to all. Worth the time, worth the investment.

I started a month ago and I'm in love with the Cycle Bar experience at Assembly in Somerville MA, I've had classes with at least 4 different instructors and they are all amazing!
