First time- The staff was easy to explain how to find a shoe that fits, explain how to clip them into the bike and also what the screen reads. I took Mykeala’s Sunday class and it was great! The music she played was super upbeat and her instructions were very clear on what to do. I am happy to refer others there and can’t wait to go back when I get a chance! They also email you your information from the ride after you leave! I would have liked a tour. I overheard there was a shower there and did see a water bottle refilling ... read more
