I’ve been in, managed, operated & owned hospitality based service businesses for nearly 3 decades, and in all my life I’ve never encountered an OWNER who speaks to customers & clients in such a rude and condescending manner. Especially when misinformation was given by his staff, email unanswered but was confirmed it was delivered…… It’s disgusting and an embarrassment for this brand IMO. I arrived right on time for my first class at CycleBar Boca, excited because I had a great, more personalized experience at the Wellington location a few years ago. I was really looking forward to trying spin again! Unfortunately, this experience was the TOTAL opposite. THE MANAGER IS HORRIBLE AND SUPER RUDE. I was making a 10 seconds video for my Instagram and I tagged them, and in the middle of my work out , she came to my bike, she said no phone was allowed to put my phone away like this was a Prison. She literally killed my whole mood on a Saturday 8am when class was literally completely empty, I got up and left in the middle of my session I paid for. It's 2025 , who doesn't post and tag.
