Customer service and instructor quality have declined over the past 6 months. Classes are much more sparse with more cancellations every day. Most of the good instructors have left, leaving a ragtag team with poor coaching ability. The one saving grace is that it way cheaper than things like Soul Cycle...you certainly get what you pay for though.

The classes and instructors are very encouraging and fun. Make sure to use your rides before your next billing cycle otherwise you will loose them Unfortunately I learned the hard way. I wasn’t told this when I signed up, nor was I given anything to sign to notify me of this until I decided to cancel. I ended up loosing 6 rides. After speaking to a manager to try and get them back I was told they couldn’t add back. I wish I had a better experience with this but the classes are fun.
As my one year of riding at Cyclebar is coming up I just wanted to talk about how amazing this place is. The schedule of classes, instructors, and employees there are amazing and so kind hearted. The instructors will take the time to help you prepare for class and make sure you and your bikes are ready for the amazing workout you’re about to have. I have tried a few indoor cycling places. But CycleBar is different. I like the personable environment. It keeps me coming back. Their staff is encouraging and willing to help me accomplish my goals. They are loyal to their members. I recommend CycleBar for anyone that loves to do indoor cycling.
