Jill Lindsay Chelsea Fran, everyone
Just took Lindsay’s 6:45 class at CycleBar and it was so good! The Latin/Caribbean/Afro theme made the whole ride super fun! The music was on point and kept the energy up the whole time. Lindsay is such a great instructor, super motivating and brings great energy. Awesome workout and a great way to end the day. Definitely coming back!
