Walking home currently, after a great strength class with Lindsay! I enjoy Lindsay's classes! She is full of energy, and keeps you motivated. Your entire body feels it when classes are over, in a good way of course!
Rode with Jill for a 5:45a class while visiting town. Best way to wake up!!!
Lindsay’s class was amazing! Loved the mix of Latin music with Caribbean rhythms. Workout was incredible and she pushes you harder to achieve maximum results.
