I just left the 10 am class with Karlye and it was great. I’m pregnant and this fit perfectly for a good workout. I usually ride at Flower Mound with Molly. (she’s great as well.) I would give the instructors a 10. The facility manager was very nice as well! HOWEVER! BEAWARE OF EXTRA CHARGES AND ITS HARD TO CANCEL/CHANGE MEMBERSHIPS WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CHARGES. The instructors are fantastic, so please understand this review is only directed towards customer service. I would continue to cycle here if I hadn't moved out of the area. In December of 2022, I called CycleBar Southlake asking to cancel my membership. I was told "no problem, e-mail us and we'll get you taken care of." I did what they said, and nothing happened. Equipment was falling apart and the people were rude. The speakers also had a buzzing quality especially when some instructors turn up the volume all the way to where you need to wear ear plugs.
Workout is super fun. How many people can say they are having a blast working out? This is it. Shoes, and towels provided, bring good attitude, have fun!
