When CycleBar Livingston closed two years ago, the folks at CycleBar Montclair welcomed means transferred my membership. It IS more than a gym, it is a community. And they welcomed this round, old guy, with open arms.

Update for 2026: The quality and consistency continue to deliver at this indoor cycling studio. The instructors make a big difference. I’ve taken classes with Ashley, Jenn, Gill, Liz, Kelsey, and Kara. All of them are incredible. They’re dedicated to creating a high-quality, challenging workout that’s accessible for all fitness levels. Edit- the manager did reach out after the incident and apologized for the incident. She was very generous and invited us to come back for another class which we did enjoy. 1 star Arrived right at start time because the World Cup team was in the area so road and sidewalk were closed. Would not let us into the class even though they advertise a 5 minute grace period. Front desk worker was very rude as well. Very disappointing.
