I love cycling here!! The time flies by and the instructors are SO good! I love that I get a full body workout, while building my endurance!
If you had told me 5 years ago that I'd be obsessed with exercising at a cycle studio, I would have told you to have your head examined. Dragged along by my wife to celebrate her 100th ride, I was definitely intimidated, worrying my amateur, out-of-shape ass would be immediately noticed by the crowd as I dragged them all down to my level. Who has a 5.0 in Google Review after six years… — The Movement — That’s who!! I was looking to gain strength in my leg after a 4-wheeling incident. Cycling at The Movement Fitness Studio gave me that plus so much more. You can’t find a more friendly, inclusive environment. Emily and Dwight are masterclass as co-owners and instructors. Thanks for all you do for so many!!
I love The Movement so much. The instructors, atmosphere, community, music and classes are all incredible. I can't get enough!
