CYCLEBAR Brookfield unexpectedly closed on 10/30/22. Members were notified via email that day. CYCLEBAR closed because they hadn’t paid their rent. They invited members to join their Mequon location which isn’t within a close radius of the other location. Mequon is 25+ minutes away. My membership was set to renew for November on 11/1/22. I emailed, called, & texted Brookfield with no response to cancel my membership. I contacted the Mequon location on 10/31/22 & they haven’t been doing anything to resolve this issue. I loved coming here, but I'm not real happy to find out they are closed. As a member I was given no notice about this. I sure hope they open a new location soon that is still in Brookfield or I can get a refund for the classes I pre-paid for. I would much rather have Cyclebar re-open because the HipHop class taught by Jess is the most fun cycling class I do!!

This review does not reflect the staff or instructors of CycleBar Brookfield. I’ve been going on & off since their opening and have nothing but wonderful things to say about them. I’m writing this review in response to the abrupt closing of their business. I came into class that day (10/30/22) to hear the news that this was the last class at CycleBar. Terrible. They pushed packages on all of us and then closed their doors unexpectedly due to "location" in their email and suggest you use your package for studios nowhere near this location. Then proceeded to keep website allowing people to book bikes even though they were closed. A quick google search will show this is not the only location to have done this either. I would NOT recommend this franchise.

**EDIT** I have never been more FRUSTRATED with a business as I am right now. Cycle Bar Brookfield is TEMPORARILY CLOSED, yet there has been ZERO communication about the closure. Of course, I was still CHARGED FULL PRICE for my membership, despite not being able to use their facilities, and NO ONE getting back to me about my questions about what is going on. I was able to book classes on their site, only to show up to a dark studio and a sign on the door saying I could go to other studios and cycle there. For a business that... read more
