I had a class booked at 5:45pm through classpass. Called 5:30 to let them know I’m late, if we need to cancel, move, reschedule. Ava or Evie called so nice said no problems, we move you to 7pm. Please cancel the 5:45pm and we will put you in 7pm. Ok! Awesome I park here, come in at 7pm and she tells me “there is nothing I can do for you, unless you book through classpass.” It was 7pm. This place is an absolute joke. Half of the bikes don’t work, and the management couldn’t care less. They’ve got two teenage girls sitting at the front desk doing nothing — you can literally see them watching the phone ring and still refusing to answer. Completely unprofessional and lazy. Cancelling your membership here is a nightmare. I personally signed cancellation papers, and yet Jill, the so-called manager, still refused to cancel it. Do not book here if you are a class pass member very poor service. Especially Jill who is the manager did nothing to try to rebook my class after explaining to her an accident happened on my way to class. How do you expect for people to become members if this is how you treat class visitors. Not to mention felt i was profiled.I will never visit this location again!
