The front desk team members are not friendly or warm. They give very childish “you are bothering me” vibes. Funny since they are the face of CycleBar. The class stats never work post workout. Not the best feeling studio, great music or convenient classes. The team as a whole are non responsive to phone calls and emails. The only positive is Sharon the instructor is fantastic.
"5 stars" for the Instructor they are very good and very nice. The only thing that I hate is the Cancellation Policy of the Membership it's giving me a hard time to cancel. I went back and forth to the store to complain & also called my credit card company to void the payment. One of the receptionists giving me an attitude ( I don't want to mention the name ) was unprofessional.
