Started in my 50s with my daughter who is 20, and we both love it! Exceptional workout with knowledgeable instructors. But you can still make the class what it needs to be for you. And the owners are on site and truly care about every person who comes in the door.
What a great atmosphere, great owners, awesome instructor's, such a motivating, inspiring place to take your ride to the next level.
The atmosphere is amazing and the instructors and staff are so welcoming. If you are looking for a new place to workout I recommend giving CycleBar Austin Landing a try!
This was my first time back to a spin class since Fall of 2017. I know, I was past due with getting back into the swing of things. I rode regularly at CycleBar Midtown (Charlotte), so I was already familiar with the concept. Erica was very friendly and helped me get setup with my bike.
